Here’s something you probably don’t know about copywriting clients, especially ones who're new to the game: some would-be clients ultimately won’t hire anyone to do anything.
It’s a bit counterintuitive, since we're all working from the assumption that everyone who’s posted a job in a job board will hire, must hire.
But that’s just not true. I’d guess it's about one in 12 or 15 people who thought they were ready to hire a copywriter... are not.
It's nothing to get mad over. And it's no problem for you, because assuming you’re the one who was able to give them clarity, you’ll be perfection positioned to provide services when they are ready.
You should have a funnel for copy newbie like this (if making sales is your thing). It's always nice to teach new fans of copy because teaching is, far as I know, the best way to cement knowledge and wisdom into your brain.
